Located in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast, Harbour Town is a 'brand direct' shopping centre with more than 120 outlet stores that inlcude David Jones Warehouse, Nike, French Connection, Polo Ralph Lauren, Table Eight, Cue, Oroton, Diesel, RM Williams, Simone Perele Lingerie, Nine West, Tommy Hilfiger, Lisa Ho and Maggie T. The Designer Room is renowned for labels like Armani Jeans, Bazar by Christian Lacroix, Escada, DKNY, Valentino and Versace. Quality homewares and gifts are also available from Villeroy & Boch Outlet Shop, Royal Doulton Warehouse Shop, M-Clearance (Stanley Rodgers), General Trader (Red Vanilla) and Sheridan Factory Outlet. Plus there is a 14-screen Reading cinema on site and plenty of great dining options.

Brand Direct Outlets such as Harbour Town in Biggera Waters sell quality brands at prices below regular retail prices. Brand Direct Outlets are owned by the manufacturer and produce most of the goods sold in the outlet store. Outlet Stores, Off-Price and Clearance Stores stock end of season, clearance lines, sample ranges and seconds as well as stock designed and manufactured specifically for outlet shopping. For your convenience some stores have a selection of new season stock at regular retail prices.

The Harbour Town outlet began on the Gold Coast in December 1999 when The Lewis Land Group of Companies opened Australia's first and largest purpose-built brand direct outlet shopping centre at Biggera Waters, 15 minutes north of Surfers Paradise. The phenomenal success of Harbour Town Gold Coast attracted investment by ING Real Estate, part of the Dutch-based ING Group, one of the world's largest financial services providers and real estate developers.
